Lion Roger Falkingham along with wife Helen attended the 35th Anniversary Dinner of the South Side of Saint Louis Lionettes in the USA in March 2008

The Lionettes are all ladies and are the partners of the Lions members.

South Side of Saint Louis Lions Club was chartered in 1924 and has about 80 Lions who are all male.

They do not object to Ladies joining their pride, but the ladies formed their own Club and raise monies which they donate every year to Lions.

This year the Lionettes raised $5874.40 and whilst I was at the Anniversary Dinner, they presented Lion President Floyd Goodman with the cheque.
